Douglas Pfeiffer started helping authors and independent book publishers in 2016 after 38 years in the book publishing business. Douglas Pfeiffer Consulting LLC assisted The Knapp Ranch near Vail, Colorado, in publishing a large-format book about their ranch. It won the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum’s Western Heritage Wrangler Award for the Outstanding Art/Photography book, 2018. He assisted Buck and his posse in self-publishing Denni-Jo and Pinto and Denni-Jo and Pinto at the Rodeo.
Douglas lives in Eagle, Idaho, with his wife, Barbara.
